We want you to shop Jetpilot with confidence. If your item is not the right fit, eligible unused items, may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, use the link below to login into your account or go to your order page to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must include original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items showing signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns sent without an approved return request and valid RMA# cannot be accepted.
How the Return Process Works
- Submit your request using the Return Request link above
- Our customer service team reviews your request within 2 business days
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and your RMA# by email
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA# with your return shipment
Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after they arrive at our facility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund after processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to seasonal inventory availability, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible. This helps ensure you receive the replacement item faster.
Shipping Timeline
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Important Notes
- Returns must include a valid RMA#
- Items must be returned unused
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund
If an item is returned as unused but is found to have been used, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back.
