  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Gift Cards are non-Refundable
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL- Please note that all sale and clearance items are FINAL sale, and We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges for “mark-down” items.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays.



Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified in 2 business days via email once your RMA has been filled out and sent back to us, Once RMA # has been sent out to you upon approval, we will be issuing the return/refund amount to your bank. Please note that your refund may take up to five days to show on your credit/bank statement depending on your bank. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of received date following below steps:

  1. Fill out the RMA form (Please include your order number along with two pictures of package/items you wish to return) & submit to
  2. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure the return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return.
  3. If the items are defective (with original package/sealed/never opened nore used/worn), We will be sending you a return label to your indicated (RMA form) address.
  4. If the items are non-defective items, you will be sending out the items in unopened/packaged/sealed/never used with original hangtag condition to our warehouse location below and send us an email back with tracking information : Sport Dimension, 966 Sandhill Ave Carson CA, 90746  (310) 320 -7873.
  5. Drop your return package to the above address. You may drop off the package at our physical warehouse location. Previous communication with our customer success team is required. Email us at
  6. Receive your refund/credit will be issued to your bank in 2 business days.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Any holiday gift you purchase now until December 21st, 2019 at 9:00am PST can be returned for a refund of the purchase price until January 31st, 2020. Restrictions may apply.
