Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on backing up our quality goods with outstanding customer service. It’s all part of the Jetpilot experience.

We’re available Monday – Friday, from 8AM until 4:30PM, except for public holidays and part of the Christmas holiday period.

We attempt to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business day of order placement.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

A tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided once generated for your convenience.
